Traffic Control/Work Area Protection

This program is beneficial for those who will be directly involved with setting up and/or removing traffic control measures while working on or near roadways. In addition, this training session deals with the concerns for those individuals whose job is to monitor contractors or act as an inspector.

Safety Concerns The OH&SA Definitions Work Zone Components Work AreaSigns & Devices Traffic Control Person Book 7/Temporary Conditions Set Up & Removal Pedestrian Concerns Nighttime Requirements Traffic Protection Plan.

This program can be delivered as a full program and can be modified to act as a refresher/update dependant on the need. Including hands on work area set ups is a key component to making this program complete and is recommended especially for those with limited experience.
